POTUS POTENTIALS: Veep Time

In anticipation of Joe Biden’s announcement, many people are asking “Who is Biden going to choose as his running mate?” The question that follows is often: “Will she be Black or White?” Since I don’t have a functioning crystal ball, I rely on a tried and true technique.
Previous posts review the analysis of numerical fingerprints for:
Donald Trump POTUS 45 running for re-election
Michael Pence Vice-President to POTUS 45 who could be POTUS 46 at any minute
Joseph Biden Former Vice-President to POTUS 44 with high hopes of returning to the White House
The top 10 Democrat candidates formerly competing with Biden to be the party nominee. Numbers reveal several of them might have been a better choice, according to their numerical fingerprints.
We now take a look at a shortlist of likely running mates.
Do any of them possess the characteristics pointing to POTUS potential? What do their numerical fingerprints reveal about their strengths and weaknesses, leadership abilities, personality, and authentic self? Do they show any signs of mastery rather than mediocrity? I present the numbers, you decide.
The Vice-POTUS selection is often guided by who can help win a particular state or demographic group. Biden has stated that his decision is guided by finding someone trustworthy and loyal with whom he can bond, recreating the dynamics he enjoyed with POTUS 44. It has been reported that he does not expect to pursue a second term, if elected, and seeks someone qualified to be president at a moment’s notice.
For the upcoming election, many voters express concern about who would be president if something happened to Biden. Should he be elected, it is not that outrageous to wonder if he might die in office from old age, natural causes, or “accident”. If so, he would gain the distinction of being the oldest president to move into the White House. Up to now, that honor has gone to POTUS 45.
No president wants to take away the unfortunate distinction from POTUS 9 (William Henry Harrison) who died from a cold on his 32nd day in office. That was only one example of several presidential successions in less than the usual four-year election cycle. After reviewing the average timing of such transitions, I suspect that something of that nature may be long overdue, especially since history has shown such events soon before or after a master number presidency: POTUS 11, POTUS 22, or POTUS 33. Here we sit in the wake of POTUS 44 and could see the leadership of the country remain unchanged, or jump from POTUS 45 to POTUS 47 or 48 in a matter of months.
If Biden should be successful in his “battle for the soul of the nation” to “defeat Trump and transform America” (quotes from campaign ads, not my words), he will need a strong running mate by his side. Many Biden voters are saying their vote depends on his V.P. pick. Voters other than Democrats should also take note. It could determine the direction of the nation.
Among this group, allegedly being vetted and interviewed for the shortlist, are women from at least five different racial and cultural backgrounds. Definitely one for the history books, even if the Democrats lose.
We will soon be celebrating the 100th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment which was passed in 1919, and ratified on August 18, 1920. The numerology is why I call that out, and to recall that the nation was emerging from a serious pandemic at the time. From women’s first time voting to being Vice-president or President. We are making progress as a nation, albeit slower than some people would like.
Some on this list who lose out on the V.P. role could easily be chosen for a Cabinet position. Whomever Biden ends up selecting, and if he wins the election, she could become POTUS 47 (4+7=11)…whether by legitimate electoral process or misplaced banana peel.
But that’s a lot of “ifs”.
Potential Running Mates
As a reminder, the analyses of these numerical fingerprints are nonpartisan and objective with a focus on recognizing patterns found in the name and date of birth. These are two things we all have in common.

Kamala Harris is first, not due to any favoritism or assumptions that she will be the chosen one. Having sparred with Biden on the debate stage, I had already prepared her numerical fingerprint. Since she did not make it into the Top 10, I set it aside and so it was convenient to include her first. *[UPDATE 8/11/2020: Announcement today that Biden selected Harris as his running mate.]
Elizabeth Warren also on the shortlist was among the Top 10 reviewed in the post POTUS POTENTIALS: Better Luck Next Time. Her numerical fingerprint will be repeated here for convenience.
Otherwise, the sequence is guided by nothing other than presenting first the unmarried women, or those who may be married/divorced and retain their original birth name. With married women who change their name, the process takes longer creating layers of complexity and interpretation. Those are in progress and will be posted as each is completed.

This Senator from California (2017-present) was previously California Attorney General (2011-2017) and San Francisco District Attorney (2004-2011). As the days progress, it turns out that she may be among Biden’s favorites, having buried the hatchet from uncomfortable debate moments and holding no grudges.
Born to an Indian mother and Jamaican father she identifies as Black, and is one of several Black women reviewed in this post. Although married she retained her birth name, which certainly makes my job easier. She is currently age 55 (the first obvious master number) and, at the time of the election will be 56 (5+6=11), another master number and an auspicious age to enter the White House. Other than that, the Birth Date presents nothing of significance.
The most common numbers in this numerical fingerprint is five 1s (four As, S) demonstrating natural leadership ability and fierce independence. The Last Name (1) and Birth Month (1+0=1) reinforce this strength. Other strengths are indicated with four 9s (Is and Rs) and three 4s (D, M, and V), also appearing in the Middle Name (4) and Vowels (9).
Having only one of 2 (K), 3 (L), 5 (E), and 8 (H), and no 6s or 7s could suggest multiple areas requiring attention for personal growth. Each of these deficient numbers does appear elsewhere in the Birth Day (2), Birth Year (2), First Name (3), Birth Date (5), and Consonants (8). There are no 6s, or 7s anywhere and points to areas of greatest weakness.
At this point in the analysis, the numerical fingerprint may not look promising. Upon closer examination, we recall the current age of 55 and, if chosen, would be 56 (5+6=11) on Election Day. We find more master numbers as the first initial K (11), the V (22) in DEVI, the reduced total of Middle Name (22), and reduced total for Consonants (44). This is reminiscent of Deval Patrick, reviewed in the previous post, also with a K and V and a First Name total of 44. The two of them would form an interesting power couple.
This numerical fingerprint identifies someone with strong POTUS potential, although an eye to correcting numerous weaknesses would be warranted. The following table shows how strengths and weaknesses compare to Biden and how they may or may not complement each other.
BIDEN | WEAK 3, 4, 7, 8 | STRONG 1, 2, 5, 6, 9 |

This U.S. Senator from Massachusetts (2013-present) skyrocketed to the front of the pack during the debates. Although one of Biden’s strongest challengers, she may still be considered a potential Vice-POTUS prospect. Similar to Biden and Sanders, this candidate has also governed a small district but not for multiple decades as they have. What does the numerical fingerprint reveal about her potential as POTUS material, either as a running mate or future election?
The Birth Date in this numerical fingerprint offers interesting insight. There is the Birth Day of the 22nd, a master number. This is often a good sign for those in leadership positions. Additionally, depending on whether you keep the 22 together, or reduce before adding, the Birth Date total will be either a 6 or 33, another master number.
This numerical fingerprint presents additional complexity and further levels of interpretation due to the name change from Herring to Warren. Ideally, we look at the name given at birth which indicates potential and tendencies. As is often the case with married women, name changes are taken into consideration to get an idea of how that person has taken on the challenges presented at birth and used that for personal progress. It becomes necessary to look at both to understand what, if any, significance results in such a name change.
Different than Joseph going by Joe, or Bernard going by Bernie, here we see a change in the last name. In marriage, we sometimes see how names are joined with a hyphen. In this case, Warren replaced Herring.
Interestingly, as with Bernard and Bernie having the same totals, Warren and Herring both have a total of 7. In the case of Herring it is 79/16/7 (full) or 52/7 (reduced), whereas Warren is 79/16/7 (full) and 34/7 (reduced). Both names have two Rs, and one each of E and N. In the name change from Herring to Warren, the Vowels are reduced by 8 with the loss of I (9) replaced by A (1). Consonants gain 8 with the loss of H (8) and G (7) replaced by W (23). It all balances out to be the same Full Name total. This might suggest that her potential, desires, and tendencies have remained steady.
Although the last name has changed, the first name remains the same and has not been shortened to Liz, Lizzy, Beth or any nickname. The First Name (88) represents another significant master number. Although she does not use the name Ann regularly or in campaign material, presumably the middle name of Ann is still part of her birth name, and probably her legal name. The Middle Name total is 29/11 (full) or 11 (reduced), yet another master number. Omitting the Middle Name, the Full Name total is 167/14/5. Her campaign logo used only Last Name. From a numerology perspective, it would have been a more powerful logo with only First Name. If she would have been a little different and featured her First Name (88) and Middle Name (11) on the campaign logo, Elizabeth Ann would have provided doubly-whammy master numbers combined of 99.
Considering all the names together (including both Warren and Herring), this numerical fingerprint presents an incredible nine 5s, thanks to the numerous Ns and Es, and a W. There are also six 9s, represented by the Rs and Is. Thanks to the As, Hs, and a Z there are three each of 1s and 8s. The B, G, L, and T contribute two 2s and one each of 3 and 7.
There is a complete absence of 4s and 6s. To compensate for this obvious deficiency, we find them hiding elsewhere with reduced total for Birth Day (4), reduced total for Birth Date (6), Birth Month (6), and 7s in the totals of both birth and married Last Names, First Name, Full Name, and Consonants. Nowhere else can 3s be found.
Master numbers appear in the Birth Date (33), Birth Day (22), First Name (88), and Middle Name (11). One inconsequential master number appears in the reduced Vowels (99) using all names together including Herring and Warren.
This numerical fingerprint reveals strong POTUS potential. She discontinued her campaign on March 5. The following table shows how strengths and weaknesses compare to Biden and how they may or may not complement each other.

This U.S. Representative from California (2011-present) was married 1980-1986 but has retained her birth name. The Birth Date is a 22, which makes her 66 years of age. When adding the Birth Date as 10+3+1953 the total is 1966.
The most common number appears as four 1s (As and Ss), three 2s (B, K, T), and two 9s (R). These numbers are also found in the Vowels (1), Birth Month (1+0=1), Last Name (5), and Birth Year (9). There are only one each of 3 (U) and 8 (H), which do appear as Birth Day (3) and Consonants (3).
The absence of 4s, 6s, and 7s can be compensated for by First Name (4), Middle Name (4), and reduced total for Birth Date (4). However, 6s and 7s are conspicuously missing throughout.
Seeking out more master numbers beyond her current age (66) and the Birth Date (22) is not difficult. As with Kamala, the First Name begins with K (11). Two more appear when you consider the reduced totals for First Name (22) and Middle Name (22).
This numerical fingerprint has moderate to strong POTUS potential. I can see the simplicity in a Biden-Bass ticket with the slogan Bring Back Better. However, she might want to consider being called by her Middle Name (22) which retains the same master quality as the First Name (22). Considering the unfortunate connotation the name KAREN has earned in recent months, it could prove problematic causing the 22 to revert to the root number of 4.

This former National Security Advisor (2013-2017) and U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations (2009-2013) under POTUS 44 was also Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs (1997-2001) under POTUS 42. The Birth Date contains a master number with the Birth Month of November (11), she is currently age 55, and celebrates her 56th birthday shortly following the election (5+6=11).
The most common numbers appear as four 1s (A, S) and 5s (E, N) which are not found elsewhere. The three 3s (C, L, U) are enhanced with the Birth Date (3). Three 9s (I, R) are not found elsewhere. The two 2s (B, T) are supplemented by Birth Year (1+9+6+4=20/2) and reduced Birth Month (11/2). The two 8s (H, Z) can also be found in Last Name (8), Full Name (8) and Birth Day (1+7=8).
Missing numbers are 4, 6, 7. The Consonants (6) and reduced total for Middle Name (7) help a little with these deficiencies. Otherwise, these missing numbers appear nowhere else, with 4 being the most elusive.
In addition to the current age (55) and Birth Month (11), master numbers appear in significant placements such as the First Name (11), Vowels (11), and Middle Name (88).

After serving in the Georgia House of Representatives (2007-2017) she gained national recognition during a campaign for Governor in 2018. She became more widely known after her response to the State of the Union address in February 2019, becoming the first African-American woman to do so. Currently age 46, she would become 47 (4+7=11) in the month following the upcoming November election.
As a testament to leadership abilities, the most common number is five 1s (A, S); four 5s (E, N); and two each of 2s (B, T), 4s (M, V), and 7s (Y). Some of these also appear throughout the numerical fingerprint as First Name (1), Birth Year (1+9+7+3=20/2), and Birth Date (5), with 4s and 7s not found in other places.
With only one each of 3 (C), 6 (O), and 9 (R), there are no 8s. The lack of 3s and 9s might be corrected with the Birth Month (1+2=3), Last Name (9), and Consonants (9). However, 8s are not found anywhere, identifying this as a key area needing attention.
Other than the upcoming age of 47 (4+7=11) master numbers appear as the V (22) in YVONNE and the reduced total of Vowels (33). It is a bit of a stretch, but some numerologists consider 222 as a master number which appears here as the Full Name total.

This U.S. Senator from Illinois (2017-present) was formerly a U.S. Representative from Illinois (2013-2017). She was born in Thailand and although married, she retained her full birth name. The Birth Date does not offer anything out of the ordinary. However, if she were to be appointed as the running mate and become elected as Vice-President would turn 55 and 56 (5+6=11) while in office.
The frequency of numbers is interesting as she is well-stocked in the first few numbers, with five 4s (D, M), three 1s (A), 2s (K, T) and 3s (C, L, U). These numbers are also found in reduced total for First Name (4), Full Name (1), Vowels (1), Birth Date (3), Birth Month (3), and Birth Day (1+2=3).
Unfortunately, there are only one each of 5 (W), 6 (O), 7 (Y), 8 (H), and 9 (R). Modest compensation is offered for these deficiencies with the Last Name (6), Birth Year (1+9+6+8=24/6), Middle Name (9), and Consonants (9). The trouble spots are the lack of 5s, 7s, and 8s anywhere else. The good news is there are no missing numbers.
The letter K (11) in the Middle Name and a First Name (22) are the only master numbers noted.
Overall, this numerical fingerprint identifies moderate POTUS potential. The following table shows how strengths and weaknesses compare to Biden and how they may or may not complement each other.

This Governor of Michigan (2019-present) has also served in the Michigan House of Representatives (2001-2006) and State Senate (2006-2015). Although married twice, she has retained her Birth Name. The only thing that stands out in the Birth Date is the reduced total of 22.
With an abundant seven 5s (five Es, N, W) suggests an innate desire for freedom and change, and clearly identifies a driving force. The Birth Day (2+3=5) adds to this strength. The four 9s (I, R) are reinforced by the Birth Year (1+9+7+1=18/9). There are three each of 2s (T) and 8s (H) with an H found in each of the three names; with 8s found in the Full Name (8) and Birth Month (8). The uncommon numbers include one each of 1 (S), 3 (C), 4 (M), and 7 (G) with no 6s. These scarce numbers appear with the Vowels (1), Middle Name (3), Birth Date (4), Last Name (6) and Consonants (7). No 4s occur anywhere else indicating the greatest problem area.
Master numbers are hiding away in the reduced total for the Birth Date (22) and reduced total for the First Name (44), suggesting that there is mastery potential beneath the surface in the process of emerging.
This numerical fingerprint unveils several key strengths, numerous weaknesses and deficiencies, scant evidence of mastery, and low POTUS potential. The following table shows how strengths and weaknesses compare to Biden and how they may or may not complement each other.
BIDEN | WEAK 3, 4, 7, 8 | STRONG 1, 2, 5, 6, 9 |
WHITMER | STRONG 2, 5, 8, 9 | WEAK 1, 3, 4, 6, 7 |
These weak numbers match Biden’s strong numbers: 1, 6
They share these same weak and strong numbers: 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9

This junior Senator from Wisconsin (2013-present) was formerly a U.S. Representative from Wisconsin (1999-2013) and is rumored to be on the short list of V.P. picks. This is the full birth name derived from both parents. With master numbers appearing in the Birth Date (22) and Birth Day (11), she immediately warrants further attention.
The most common number in this name of 24 letters is eight 5s (three Es, four Ns, and W), and four 1s (three As, S). Although 5s do not appear anywhere else, they’re not needed with so many to begin with. The 1s show up again in Vowels (1) and Middle Name (1). The three 4s (D, two Ms) also show up in the Other Name (4) GREEN. There are two 2s (B, T), 3s (L, U), 7s (G, Y), and 9s (I, R). These can be found in the Birth Month (2), reduced Birth Day (11/2), Full Name (7), First Name (9), and Birth Year (1+9+6+2=18/9). The one 8 (Z) and absence of 6s is only corrected by the Consonants (6).
Already mentioned were master numbers in the Birth Date (22) and Birth Day (11). Another master number is located in the Last Name (11).
This numerical fingerprint identifies numerous strengths and minimal weaknesses, suggesting strong POTUS potential. The following table shows how strengths and weaknesses compare to Biden and how they may or may not complement each other.
BIDEN | WEAK 3, 4, 7, 8 | STRONG 1, 2, 5, 6, 9 |
BALDWIN | STRONG 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9 | WEAK 6, 8 |
These weak numbers match Biden’s strong numbers: 6
They share these same weak and strong numbers: 1, 2, 5, 8, 9
Since a crystal ball substitute was mentioned at the top of this post, I will offer my opinion based on these results so far. This is not a “prediction” about who Biden WILL pick, rather an assessment of candidates ranked from best to worst — from a summary of their numerical fingerprints.
RICE has strong POTUS potential with evidence of five master numbers. The numerical fingerprint shows fewer weak numbers and more strong numbers than all but one person on this list (Baldwin). She complements three of Biden’s numbers. They have worked together before and this would be the most comfortable choice, and among the best from a numerology perspective.
BALDWIN ranks strong for POTUS potential with three master numbers. This numerical fingerprint reveals the most strong numbers and the fewest weak numbers of anyone on this list, She complements Biden in four areas. With more master numbers she would rank higher than Rice. This would be a solid choice.
HARRIS is considered to be one of Biden’s favorites. With at least five master numbers this shows high POTUS potential. As a red flag: this numerical fingerprint reveals more weak numbers and fewer strong numbers than anyone on this list. All but a few are accounted for elsewhere leaving several obvious weak areas. She complements Biden on four numbers. This alone would normally rank her lower, but as the only one on the list with both a K (11) and V (22) in her name, she is higher. Two others (Duckworth and Bass have Ks, and Abrams has a V, but none have both K and V). Harris is also age 55 and will turn 56 (5+6=11) before the election. [UPDATE: 8/11/2020 – Announcement that Biden selected Harris as his running mate]
BASS ranks high for POTUS potential with five master numbers. The numerical fingerprint shows weaknesses and strengths evenly dispersed with a few weaknesses accounted for elsewhere, complementing Biden on only one number.
WARREN has a numerical fingerprint that reveals at least five master numbers, evenly dispersed strengths and weaknesses, complementing Biden on two of them. Although with numerous master numbers, multiple names are involved and the interpretation is unreliable.
ABRAMS ranks in the middle with three master numbers, with fairly even strengths and weaknesses. She complements Biden on four numbers.
DUCKWORTH performs low with regard to POTUS potential with only two master numbers and more weaknesses than strengths. However, she complements Biden on five numbers, more than any of the other candidates listed here, and the only one here with no missing numbers. If Biden seeks someone to get along with, rather than someone with great POTUS potential, this might be a good choice. Otherwise, not so much.
WHITMER is reported to be among the top finalists. According to the numerical fingerprint, she ranks low with regard to POTUS potential with only two master numbers. There are numerous missing numbers, most unaccounted for elsewhere. She complements Biden on three numbers. This would be the worst choice from this list.
Due to Biden’s announcement on 8/11/2020, it will be a waste of time to focus on the candidates below. If time allows, this will be revisited and updated.
These candidates have more complicated names due to marriage and may have already fallen off as the shortlist becoming shorter
