POTUS 33: Three Cheers for a True Man

The relative peace and prosperity of the previous cycle would not continue in Cycle Four. With global tension growing and domestic uncertainty increasing, the next nine POTUS had no idea to what extent their leadership abilities would be tested. It would take nearly thirty-three years for the arrival of POTUS 33, and it came close to being somebody different. The auspicious numbers found in Truman’s numerical fingerprint provide reassurance during times of chaos, transition, and uncertainty.

POTUS 28 Woodrow Wilson (1913-1921). Two-term Democratic. President of Princeton University, Governor of New Jersey. In 1916 POTUS 28 created the National Park Service. After a period of neutrality, the U.S. entered WWI in 1917. The 18th Amendment banning alcohol nationwide introduced a period of crime and black market activity during the Prohibition Era. The women’s suffrage movement introduced a constitutional amendment in 1878. It finally passed Congress in 1919 as the 19th Amendment (XIX). This amendment was ratified in 1920, recognizing the right of women to vote. This master number occurrence is definitely worth noting. Wilson often appears on the list of Top 10 most influential POTUS.

A brutal war caused tens of millions of military and civilian deaths. Cycle Four was not off to a good start. A long, bumpy ride ahead until master number POTUS 33. Fortunately, we meet the first secondary master number president in POTUS 29 (2+9=11). Although not as obvious, secondary master numbers hold equal significance by presenting a hidden primary master number.

POTUS 29 Warren G. Harding (1921-1923) One-term Republican. Freemason. Ohio State Senator, Lt, Governor-OH, and US Senator. In a landslide victory, Harding garnered a huge majority of the popular vote in the 1920 election. He appointed POTUS 27 (Taft) as Chief Justice. His administration dealt with government debt due to war spending, inflation, high corporate taxes, high unemployment, and violent strikes. His vow to return the nation to a life of normalcy was achieved through a variety of actions. With Treasury Secretary, Andrew Mellon, the Budget and Accounting Act of 1921 gave the Executive Branch power to stop excessive spending. This change helped to pay off war debt. He cut corporate tax rates to encourage businesses to hire workers. Industries were returned to the private sector after the war. The Federal Reserve was tweaked to calm inflation, and entitlements were blocked, even to war veterans. The economy was stimulated by investment in the highway system. Harding ignored numerous scandals involving his Secretary of the Interior. He also ignored scandals involving his Secretary of Veterans Affairs and Attorney General. As a countermeasure to the reduction of veterans’ benefits, Harding directed funds to the construction of Veterans’ hospitals. Unfortunately, the man he put in charge of doing so took kickbacks and performed poor-quality work. Similarly, the Secretary of Interior was leasing government oil reserves to his buddies, known as the Teapot Dome scandal. First POTUS to speak on the radio. Harding was the sixth POTUS to die while in office. He suffered a heart attack while visiting the Palace Hotel in San Francisco.

Harding may have been unappreciated because of his poorly executed planning. and many scandals. He often appears on the Top 10 Worst Presidents list. What does his numerical fingerprint reveal?

DATE OF BIRTH: November 2, 1865
  • BIRTH DATE = 24/6
  • VOWELS = 32/5
  • CONSONANTS = 168/15/6 (full); 78/15/6 (reduced)
  • FIRST NAME = 79/16/7 (full); 34/7 (reduced)
  • LAST NAME = 61/7 (full); 43/7 (reduced)
  • MIDDLE NAME = 60/6 (full); 33 (reduced)
  • FULL NAME (21 letters) = 200/2 (full); 11 (reduced)
  • MOST COMMON NUMBERS = five 5s and 9s, four 1s, two each of 3, 4, and 7
  • LEAST COMMON OR MISSING NUMBERS = one 8, with 2s and 6s missing.

The birth date in this numerical fingerprint offers an immediate master number with the BIRTH MONTH of 11. Although the full BIRTH DATE is 24/6, adding the BIRTH DAY and BIRTH YEAR results in 22. So MM+DDYYYY equals 33. That’s a bit of a stretch, slightly concealed but nonetheless, it exists. With this birth date, POTUS 29 was 55 years old when he took office. He celebrated his 56th (5+6=11) birthday before his death.

Taking a closer look at the name, no master numbers jump out as with a K or V. With a little effort, master numbers appear in unlikely places with 11 found as the reduced total for FULL NAME. The INITIALS of W (23), G (7), and H (8) add up to 38/11. I found no 22s, but some 33s show up as LAST NAME CONSONANTS (reduced) and MIDDLE NAME (reduced). A 44 shows up as MIDDLE NAME CONSONANTS.

The most common numbers are five 5s (E, N, W) and 9s (I, R); four 1s (A), with two 3s (L), 4s (D, M), and 7s (G). These numbers are found elsewhere as VOWELS (5), FIRST NAME CONSONANTS (1), LAST NAME VOWELS (1), FIRST NAME (7), LAST NAME (7), MIDDLE NAME VOWELS (7).

The least common and missing numbers are one 8 (H) with an absence of 2 and 6. This deficiency receives little reinforcement with the only appearance of 8 being the number of letters contained in MIDDLE NAME and MIDDLE NAME CONSONANTS reduced. The only 2 is with the FULL NAME. There are a few 6s as CONSONANTS, MIDDLE NAME, FIRST NAME VOWELS, LAST NAME CONSONANTS, and the FIRST NAME contains six letters.

This appearance of the first secondary master number POTUS is noteworthy for being shorter than a full four-year term. The presence of master numbers in this numerical fingerprint is not readily apparent. This suggests Harding’s potential for mastery in certain areas. Yet, he may have been ill-equipped to handle the inherent higher levels of responsibility and obligation. His efforts to reign in spending and return the country to normal were short-lived.

The roadmap reveals another clue to help navigate as the future becomes more dangerous. It turns out that waiting for the arrival of a full master number to show up might not be advisable. Just when circumstances warrant an interim pit stop, along comes POTUS 29.

POTUS 30 Calvin Coolidge (1923-1929) Two-term Republican. Involved in Massachusetts state government leading to Governor before becoming vice president to POTUS 29. POTUS 30 is known for the Indian Citizenship Act of 1924. He was praised for being an advocate of small government and racial equality. He was re-elected and could have run again in 1928, but declined to do so. The policies of POTUS 30 are sometimes blamed for the onset of the Great Depression. He died a few years after leaving office.

POTUS 31 Herbert Hoover (1929-1933) One-term Republican. Secretary of Commerce to POTUS 29 and POTUS 30. Leading the U.S. Food Administration Hoover was known worldwide for providing food to millions of people in post-WWI Europe and Russia. Won election by inspiring belief that poverty was behind and prosperity lay just ahead. Then the Stock Market Crash of 1929 and a major economic depression. He urged local care for those in need rather than creating dependence on the federal government. Defeated for re-election as a scapegoat for the Great Depression. Hoover often makes the Top 10 list of worst POTUS.

POTUS 32 Franklin Roosevelt (1933-1945) Four-term Democratic. Fifth cousin to POTUS 26. Assistant Secretary of Navy under POTUS 28. Vice-Presidential nominee in the 1920 election (for POTUS 29). In 1933, Congress repealed the 18th Amendment upon ratification of the 21st Amendment. It is the only article that specifically repeals a prior amendment. Do you blame people for wanting their booze during the Great Depression? With the Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbor and US entry into WWII, POTUS 32 stimulated the economy for war. The longest-serving POTUS with 4,422 days in office (note double master number). The seventh POTUS to die while in office. Roosevelt’s likeness is featured on the ten-cent coin (dime). This honors his fight against polio and the creation of the March of Dimes. Roosevelt often appears right after POTUS 16 (Lincoln) on the list of Top 10 most influential presidents.

In the earlier Cycle Three, there was the unprecedented occurrence of POTUS 22/24 serving two non-consecutive terms. However, POTUS 32 remains unique with the longest time in office. During the 1944 election, the fourth for POTUS 32, incumbent Vice President Henry Wallace was given the heave-ho in favor of Harry Truman, Roosevelt’s third vice president. In January of 1945, Wallace ended his role as vice president and began as Secretary of Commerce in March. POTUS 32 died in April. Wallace must have been furious about how close he came to being POTUS.

A brief moment of speculation on the possibility raises eyebrows. If the timing had been only slightly different, history would recognize a POTUS 33 named Henry Wallace. He certainly presented some evidence of mastery as 33rd US vice president and formerly the 11th US Secretary of Agriculture. The state of the world was dire at the time. World War II was still raging out of control. Would Wallace have handled it differently than Truman? I don’t dare try to understand the entire story. Wallace became editor of The New Republic magazine and established a progressive political organization open to members of the Communist Party.

Wallace opposed many of Truman’s policies, especially when preventing Soviet aggression against Greece and Turkey. He really got riled by the purge of government workers suspected of Communist affiliations. In a bid to unseat POTUS 33 in the 1948 election, Wallace launched a third-party campaign. The Progressive Party’s strong ties to Communism and the Soviet Union appealed to only 2% of voters. Wallace knew his efforts would take votes away from Truman, with most people expecting a Dewey victory. Wallace was investigated by the FBI and the House Un-American Activities Committee in their search for evidence of Communists.

I’m just pointing out that POTUS 33 could have easily been someone else other than Truman. And how would that have played out during WWII with a POTUS holding strong Communist beliefs?

POTUS 33 Harry S. Truman (1945-1953) Two-term Democratic. Thirty-three degree Freemason. Military Service: Colonel in Army Reserve for three decades. US Senator from Missouri. In his third month as the third vice president to POTUS 32, he became POTUS 33. Truman had no vice president in his first term.

Within a month of assuming office, Truman negotiated Germany’s surrender. He is probably most remembered for ending WWII in the Pacific. This was achieved through the first and last use of atomic weapons in the bombing of Japan. The National Security Act of 1947 transformed the Army’s Air Corps into the Department of the Air Force. It also created the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). His Fair Deal policy included the Truman Doctrine, which aided Turkey and Greece against Soviet aggression. The Marshall Plan contributed to the rebuilding of Western Europe. With Truman’s signature, the US became a founding member of NATO. During Stalin’s blockade of Berlin, the US airlifted food and supplies on more than 250,00 flights. Secretary of State Marshall opposed recognizing the Jewish State of Israel. He feared antagonizing surrounding Arab states. However, in May of 1948, within 11 minutes of its declaration, POTUS 33 was the first to recognize Israel. Note that the numbers in 1948 add up to 22.

Seeking re-election in 1948, POTUS 33 campaigned on a marathon train tour to reach small-town citizens. His own party faced divisions between segregationists and progressives. His unexpected victory over Dewey, a Republican Governor from New York, is memorialized in a famous photo of Truman holding a Chicago Tribune newspaper with the headline DEWEY DEFEATS TRUMAN. POTUS 33 demonstrated further signs of mastery and leadership by racially integrating the Armed Forces and federal employees.

In his second term, POTUS 33 sent US troops to South Korea, amid the Soviets acquiring atomic bombs and the Communist takeover of China. As if he didn’t have enough to do, he oversaw a massive renovation of the White House which had fallen into disrepair. Truman did not seek a third term. The Twenty-Second (22) Amendment was ratified in 1951, limiting presidents to two terms.

Winston Churchill claimed that POTUS 33, more than any other man, saved Western civilization. Despite having an abysmal public approval rating upon leaving office, Truman is often mentioned among the Top 10 most influential presidents.

What does the numerical fingerprint reveal?

Harry S Truman

DATE OF BIRTH: May 8, 1884
  • BIRTH DATE = 34/7 or 25/7
  • VOWELS = 48/12 (full); 12/3 (reduced)
  • CONSONANTS = 128/11 (full); 47/11 (reduced)
  • FIRST NAME = 70/7 (full); 34/7 (reduced)
  • LAST NAME = 87/15/6 (full); 24/6 (reduced)
  • FULL NAME (12 letters) = 176/14/5 (full); 23/5 (reduced)
  • MOST COMMON NUMBERS = three 1s and 9s
  • LEAST COMMON OR MISSING NUMBERS = one each of 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8, with 6s missing.

The birth date here reveals nothing on the surface in the way of master numbers. Truman celebrated his 65th and 66th birthdays while in office, noteworthy for someone known as POTUS 33. He was 88 at the time of death.

Unlike POTUS 11 and POTUS 22 with their Ks and Vs, a similar alignment can’t occur without that many letters in the alphabet, but the numbers do not disappoint. A few more may be found with 44 for FIRST NAME CONSONANTS, 65/11 for LAST NAME CONSONANTS, and 22 for LAST NAME VOWELS. Both the full (128/11) and reduced (56/11) totals for FULL NAME CONSONANTS are 11. The INITIALS of H, S, and T add to 47/11. Truman was given no middle name at birth, only the S. The name Harry Truman, without the S, consists of 11 letters.

The most common numbers found in this name appear as three 1s (A, S) and 9s (R), and 3×3=9. This echoes the 3s with Truman as Roosevelt’s third vice president for only three months, and becoming POTUS 33.

All other numbers appear once each: 2 (T), 3 (U), 4 (M), 5 (N), 7 (Y), and 8 (H), with an absence of 6s, suggesting overall balance and few areas of weakness.

The abundance of “more than coincidental” numbers with Harry, the kid from Missouri sends a signal. Through the lens of Freemasonry, when a signal becomes part of a pattern, it confirms the power of sacred geometry. Numbers play a significant role. I suspect George Washington would approve of Truman as the right man at the right time to lead the country through such desperate times. Traversing a hazardous road necessitated someone at the wheel with the skills and ability to read the map and interpret the signs.

As a 33rd-degree Freemason, Truman no doubt recognized the significance of the number 33 in his presidency. With the metaphorical tools of compass and square, he knew better than to build with bricks – slowly, one by one. He would implement bold ideas never used, building to greater heights, with spacious rooms for more people. External threats posed a risk. It needed fortification to survive and grow if expected to survive until the next master number POTUS 44.

A recent clue obtained from the roadmap reminds us that a secondary master number will come before that. It’s a good thing, too. With the Cold War underway, equally great leaders would need to follow POTUS 33

POTUS 34 Dwight D. Eisenhower (1953-1961) Two-term Republican. Military Service: Various roles during and after WWI; Five-star General during WWII, leading Allied forces in North Africa and Supreme Commander of troops in France on D-Day 1944; commanded NATO forces. Met with British, French, and Russian leaders in Geneva in 1955. Eisenhower suffered a heart attack but was nonetheless re-elected in 1956. He continued both New Deal and Fair Deal policies. He enforced de-segregation in schools and the armed forces. In 1959, Alaska and Hawaii became the 49th and 50th states. POTUS 34 urged military strength but cautioned against vast expenditures. Eisenhower often makes the list of the Top 10 most influential POTUS.

POTUS 35 John F. Kennedy (1961-1963) One-term Democratic. Military Service: Navy during WWII. Representative and Senator from Massachusetts. The presidential debates with Nixon were televised. Kennedy won narrowly to become the youngest ever elected to POTUS. He was also the first Roman Catholic. Championed human and civil rights. Repelled Russian nuclear weapons in Cuba. Inspired the nation to pursue space exploration and the Moon landing. Assassinated on November 22 (11/22) of 1963. The eighth POTUS to die while in office, the fourth by assassination.

POTUS 36 Lyndon B. Johnson (1963-1969) Two-term Democratic. Military Service: Lieutenant Commander in the Navy; Navy Reserve Commander. Six terms in the House, then a Senator. As vice president to POTUS 35, finished that term and was re-elected in 1964 with a huge popular vote. His legacy endures from investments in space exploration. Amid the ongoing conflict in Vietnam, peace talks were underway when he left office.
