POTUS 22: Two V or Not Two V

Cleveland was the first, and as of yet only, president to serve two non-consecutive terms. He also falls nearly in the exact middle of the presidential parade. There are 21 presidents before him as POTUS 22. With POTUS 46 presently in office, there have been 22 presidents since he left office as POTUS 24. Cleveland’s numerical fingerprint is very robust. It stands out when considering the abundance of master numbers. This suggests that he was the right person at the right time to be POTUS 22.
